Work your way thru this...

That doesn't change my advice. It just suggests even more strongly that your iphone has some software that really is not compatible (VPN is just the most likely) but the ultimate diagnostic at the end would prove it.
unfortunate your advise didn’t help. My battery used to last me 36-40 hours and now it is draining in 12 hours completely literally a day after the 9.4 update. I tried force restarting / put background apps refresh off / walkie talkie is off yet no improvement in battery life. This update has made it so inconvenient.
Feel free.
You didn't mention Android where the advice would be the same.
We are not talking computers and Windoze is notoriously difficult to fix because of the registry, Bill Gates's collossal mistake.
Your advice is excellent, I have been having this problem with every major watch update since the series 1 watch and think it’s my photo syncing setting which I have now turned off. Thanks for all the great advice.
I’m seeing this same thing under Watch OS 9.4. New watch user. My battery life went from 15 hours to 9. This is not acceptable.
That is a serious problem. New as in bought new from Apple? Take it back or see

Thanks for your support
but it seems when connect to phone theough bluetotth its affecting everything battery and charging as well
battery is good with no bluetooth to mobile
See my advice above
Get your Watch replaced.
Turning off background refresh helped. But I’m still not seeing good battery life.
My advice contained a lot of options - fir example did you get as far as resetting your iphone to factory settings? (the "ultimate diagnosis") It has helped a number of forum members.
I appreciate advice. But I’m amazed that the fix for any Apple problem is a factory reset. If someone told me to do that for any Windows problem I would just laugh at them and walk away.
I watch se 2 months old but since the update charge last between 2-3 hours what should I do
You're most welcome! Thanks for feeding back.
