Hey kevinlord,
Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with the "Fuse" error you have received in Apple Music on your iPhone.
Have you tried force closing the Music app and then restarting your device? Have a look at Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch and Restart your iPhone.
If the issue continues after that, try the steps outlined in the Apple Support article If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open. While the title doesn't directly match your issue, the steps included in it does work for a variety of issues, including misbehaviors and errors.
Should you still need help after that, please get in touch with Apple Support directly. You can do that here: Get Support
Also, this link to see all the available support numbers: Contact Apple for support and service
Cheers!
This error occurred when I was trying to play a song off my iPhone while riding in my vehicle. Although not hooked up to the car stereo, the iPhone seemed to think it should be. I did a phone shutdown, started it up again, & then had to check the device & then it worked.
Delete the app and reinstall, I know this is a bit late but it works 🤌🏾
None of this tells us why this happened, what it means, or how to prevent it from happening again. How about some explanations??
30 seconds saved my whole morning !
So, in other words you’ve got no idea what it means or what causes it!
Music stopped and says fuse error
Music don’t play it states fuse error
Nobody here has a Scooby on why this occurs and Apple could not give a hoot. Their view is “shut up and pay the money!” Disgraceful customer service.
