Apple mail - hyperlink issues

Apple Mail will no longer allow me to add hyperlink I have been using apple mail for many years and regularly add hyperlinks to emails. This morning I tried to add the following long hyperlink to an email and apple will not allow it. It does not like the link for some reason and will not make the "OK" button available. I double checked the link - three times, and it is an active link that works. And per usual my apple email is using Rich Text. Is there a limit to the link length that apple mail will allow? Apple Mail Rule does not Forward or Redirect With Apple Mail open, I want to Forward or Redirect incoming iCloud email that has a specific Subject content to a Target email address automatically with a Rule, but its not happening. I can manually Forward or Redirect a selected email to the Target email address; but not with the Rule. To see if the Rule was running, I added steps to color the email background and move the email to a folder. The Rule executed those two steps but would not Forward or Redirect to the Target email address.

mail rules allow only one entry -- all others disappeared I've had some form of this problem for about the last 6 months after years of loving apple mail rules. I can set all the rules I want and they will work fine for one application of them and then all but the first one disappears. I've deleted all rules and re-entered the ones I wanted...same issue. I have no idea where to go from here. Running one Mac Studio M1 ultra and two MBP's -- one m1 16 both with Ventura 13.2 and one intel 15 with Monterey with latest updates. thanks in advance for any ideas to try tom
