Please help
Setting up Apple Watch iPhone, Apple Watch had previous owner with their own Apple ID and password now trying to link Watch to my iPhone… And with information I received their ID and password does not match in my phone tried to reset the watch ended to the factory reset?
iPhone 11, iOS 16
If the previous owner left their Apple ID on the Watch (Activation lock) then ask them to remove the Watch from their account in https://icloud.com/find
If you don't know them or cannot contact them then the Watch cannot be used and nobody including Apple can unlock it.
