Apple Watch issues

How can I pair an Apple Watch if I bought the Apple Watch through a third party but don’t have the previous owners info to contact them about removing the device off their phone and I tried factory reset but that doesn’t work because i have their iCloud or email username to login along with their password which I have no access to at all what so ever so how am I supposed to use my Apple Watch and pair it if I can’t get passed the login part
