How to get ios 14.0 to my iPhone

If you have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 14 cannot be installed on the phone. The best that the iPhone 6 can do is iOS 12.5.7.

If you have an iPhone 7, you can install iOS 15

If you have an iPhone 8 or higher, you can install iOS 16

You cannot update to iOS 14. If you have an iPhone 6, it cannot be updated further than iOS 12. If you have an iPhone 6S, 7 or SE 1.Gen, it must be updated to the latest version available for these models, which are iOS 15. If you have an iPhone 8 or later, you need to update to iOS 16.4.1, which is the latest iOS version.

You can't downgrade either.

Remember to connect to Wi-Fi and a charger. Your iPhone must have more than 50% power to update without a charger connected.
