Apple Mail app has been very unstable and keep saying
“Updated at 14:57Account Error: Yahoo!. Details.. Cannot Get Mail The connection to the server failed”.
I have internet connection running at a down load speed of 59mbps
this has been ongoing for 2 months and I have read some reviews of the app and others are having the same issue as me I’m on the current iPads version and my phone is less that 1 year old
any help would be wonder

With the issue of having a connection problem, this isn't necessarily to do with the speed or quality of your connections, but instead how your connection is routed to the server.
If this is happening on multiple devices in your home, there could be a router setting or VPN app or profile installed on both that you need to remove or disable.
For your iPhone, if you connect using cellular data can you fetch Mail consistently?
That would isolate the issue to your local Wi-Fi and we can go from there.
