Apple Doesn't let me purchase In game packs of Warpath .. hope to get answer as soon as possible .. thanks

You may have disallowed it in the Screen Time Restrictions. Please see the pic below which is self-explanatory

Check: Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purcheses... the first 3 options must be set to "Allow". When done, restart your iPhone.
