How can I conveniently zoom in Apple Mail like I can in Microsoft Outlook or other third party Apps?
Inappropriate workarounds that are inconvenient:

I (and my 86 years old father that cannot see very well) want to zoom in and out of any email that we write or receive and that may contain not only text but might contain a picture, too.
In safari we would be able to zoom, in Microsoft Word or any other wordprocessing app with WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) we would be able to zoom, in Apple Mail we don’t see how we can.
The mail appears very small the bigger the screen. And using the full screen zoom from the settings menu is inconvenient because then my old father gets lost which part of the screen is shown.
I hope I made myself understood: I want to zoom within Apple Mail like I can in Word or in Safari.
Any short cut that has been recommended to me so far does not work on my Airbook with the latest Ventura iOS 13.2.
What is it exactly that you want to increase the size of?
