Email content missing when sent to .mac account

I send my wife emails to her .mac account but they are blank except for the subject line when she receives them

Both my iPad and iPhone show all the email content; it's only a problem on the Mac. Today I booked a hotel online, and they sent me two separate emails; when viewed on my Mac, one email had content and the other was blank from this same sender. I assume this is problem is due to macOS Ventura. How to fix?

iCloud mail sent mails not showing On our M1 Mac my iCloud mail saves all sent mails in the Sent Folder but my partners mail account doesn't show Sent. Our mail account settings are identical so what is happening ? This is also the case on her iPad, iPhone and the iCloud.

Why "All Mail" on my Mac shows my wife's GMAIL messages but not mine? Why does "All Mail" on my Mac list my wife's gmail messages but not the messages from my gmail account? My gmail messages are listed correctly in my Apple gmail mailbox. I have tried Restarting Mail, Rebuilding Mailbox, Sync and Restarting Computer with no success. Any suggestions?
