Hello Kayodecaleb,

We can help you get signed into iCloud on your iPad. The first step would be to ensure you're connected to the internet. You can learn how to connect your iPad to Wi-Fi here: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You may find these steps helpful:

Connect to a Wi-Fi network
1. From your Home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
2. Turn on Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
3. Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network that you want to join. Before you can join the network, you might be asked to enter the network's password or agree to terms and conditions.

If you're already connected to a Wi-Fi network, try connecting to a different one. That would make sure the issue isn't caused by the current network.

After that, we recommend trying to resolve the issue by following the steps here: If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support

Thanks.
