Icloud and notes

On apple website it says thst icloud backup does not include Notes because Notes is already included in Icloud.

my question is: what if I am not syncronizing my notes in icloud. In that case, can I have my Notes included in icloud backup?

If your Notes are not sync'd with iCloud (ie "Notes" is turned off in Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) ) then they only exist on your iOS device. In that case they are part of your backup. However some would see that as a riskier scenario uness you ensure you backup daily.

Thank you for your reply. It answers my question well.

Why is icloud sync accepted as safe while actually if you delete some sentences from a note on your iphone, it gets deleted on icloud as well. So you have no access to your deleted sentences. In backup (you might somehow). I see no added benefit in syncronizing in icloud apart from the fact that you have your stuff in all your devices.
