"Recently Added" Category on iPhone music app

I don't understand why I have to had "Recently Added Music" on the top of my iPhone music app enabled all the time as predetermined and I can't disable it. Like many others apps, this feature must be optional. Apple ought respect they devices owners decide what they want to have enable or not on their own devices.

Help me ban Apple Music and "up-next" from my device how do I stop Apple Music from coming up as a recommendation on my iPhone? I tried Apple Music, I hated Apple Music, I never want Apple Music. Disable Album Artwork in Apple Music I want to disable album artwork in Apple Music because so much of it is explicit. Turning off explicit songs in Screen Time settings doesn't fix it.
