I sent a text and it didn’t say delivered but 2 weeks later it says delivered

I sent a text on April 2 and it did not say delivered because im blocked but today on April 11 it says delivered and i dont know if that means it’s delivered or if its a glitch because when ur blocked and send a text it will never go through but for some reason this one did. HELP!!!!!! PLZ!!!!!

Blocked but iMessage says Delivered? My friend blocked me a few years ago after a falling out. I used her DM’s as a note and to save videos. Recently they started saying delivered again after not delivery status for a year. But sometimes it won’t say delivered while sometimes it does. I’ve even called the number and sometimes it goes straight to voicemail with the weird message. And sometimes it rings for a bit before the ring. Are they just blocking and unblocking me or am I overthinking it?

Will text message say "Delivered" if blocked on iPhone? For weeks messages always go through blue and say delivered. No read receipts have ever been on. Has this friend blocked me. Other people who have blocked do not show the delivered message. I see mixed answers all over the internet. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If it is an SMS text then please contact your carrier if this happens with every SMS that you send. If it is a one-off please ignore it.
