Don’t remember iCloud email and gotten a new number
I had to get a new phone and number and I can’t sign in into my Apple iCloud email cause I forgot the password and it wants to send a verification code to my old number where I can’t get into

Without knowing Apple ID address it could be say example1@gmail.com or example2@icloud.com that is not signed in the device , apple support can't help , may be you don't knew Apple ID password .
