Hi, few version of macOS I actually was able to just simply write in notes something like this: 5820*8,5= and I got automatically the output ( number ) .
These days this not working simply like that. Do I do something wrong or please how to enable it because it was really nice feature in notes...

That doesn't work in Notes going back to High Sierra if it ever did. You can do calculations in Spotlight.
Although it's not the native Notes app, apparently it can be done in Microsoft OneNote.

Doing it with spotlight is time non effective because double writing ...
