Runaway processes using large amount of CPU-EtrecheckPro report

Hi I've included a report from EtrecheckPro this time( with reference to my previous post); there are the runaway processes listed.I have a vintage MAC Air, I know which is obsolete.I would just like to know what I have to do to stop these runaway processes to see if I can stop the beachballing. What is the procedure to eliminate them? Thanks.

the thing that jumped off the page to me is that you are using cleanmymac. applications like that, and specifically CMM, are well known to cause major issues within macOS while providing zero benefits. you would do well to uninstall it using the developer's instructions and see where that leaves you.
