I purchased icloud storage with 200gb. It was said to wait till another day and it will be downloaded to storage. But next day, and other days it just didn't finished syncing. It started but never finished. I tried to reload the icloud syncing, restart my own phone, reboot the purchase. But nothing worked. What should I do?
