Bluetooth drops
My Bose Quiet Comfort II earbuds continually drop after being connected for about 2 minutes. This only happens with my iPhone, not my iPad. Is there a bug correction coming? Or some other issue?

Hello CoachB05,
If the sound from your Bluetooth headphones cuts in and out or is distorted, you can learn how to resolve it by following the steps here: If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted - Apple Support
You may find these steps helpful:
If your headphones keep disconnecting
If you tested your headphones as described in the previous section and audio keeps disconnecting or cutting in and out, unpair your headphones and then pair them again.
Unpair your headphones
Unpair from an iPhone:
1. Tap Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Find the device that you want to unpair and tap the Info button.
3. Tap Forget This Device.
4. Restart your iPhone.
Unpair from a non-Apple device:
1. On your non-Apple device, go to the settings for Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is on. For example, on an Android device, go to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth.
2. Unpair—or forget—your headphones.
3. Restart your non-Apple device.
Pair your headphones again
Pair—or connect—your headphones again. Find instructions for your headphones and the device that you want to pair them with:
* AirPods and an iOS device
* AirPods and a Mac, Android phone, or other device
* Beats headphones and an iOS device, Mac, or other device
* Other Bluetooth headphones and an iOS device
We recommend also trying a different set of Bluetooth headphones with our iPhone to help narrow the issue down. If the issue continues after trying the steps above and with a second device we recommend that you Get Support from Apple Support.
Thanks.

I have the same issue with iPhone12 and iOS16.6 and above.
Since the new IOS upgrade (IOS 16.6) my Bose QC II Earbuds disconnect after 1 minute of use, and does not recover. This did not occur prior to 16.6, and keeps occurring with iOS 17.
I would like Apple to please look into this and provide a fix, and advise of workarounds in the meanwhile.
its the same for me. Since the new IOS upgrade (IOS 16.6) my Bose QC II earbuds keep dropping after 1 minute of use. Also, i have a lot of problems at the moment of connecting to my iphone. Can Apple reply or find a solution? again any bug correction?
Yea that doesn’t help. No general troubleshooting steps have helped. I even exchanged my headphones for a brand new pair thinking it was the headphones. New pair is doing the same thing after most recent iOS update. I as an extra step knowing it wouldn’t help reinstalled the bose app with no success. Any actual ideas on how to resolve this?
I have the same problem. I just bought a new set of ear buds because I thought there must be an issue with the old ones. In addition to dropping, they cut in and out before they drop completely. I’ve done all the steps listed in this thread
