damaged HDMI Audio at TVs – MBP M2, 13.3.1

All TVs (Panasonic, Samsung, LG), all cables have a stuttering, a bit echo-like damaged sound at my MacBook Pro M2 Max 2023 with Ventura 13.3.1. Only switching sound output to HDMI before a restart will help. Not very Apple like! Will there be a fix (seems to be a problem since Monterey/M1)?

These Macs with advanced MacOS versions are MUCH more sensitive to transmission errors on HDMI cables, so certified cables are REQUIRED:

HDMI cables you want for HDMI-only Displays (higher resolutions than 720p TV sets) are marked as Certified with an anti-counterfeiting tag and are labeled:

"Premium High Speed HDMI cable" or that + "with Ethernet" --OR--

"Ultra High Speed HDMI cable" or that + "48G"

Cables with No Certification tags are good for your standard 720p TV set, and not much more.
