AirPods pro

I have AirPods Pro (1st generation), I have tried all 3 ear tips and done the ear tips fit test, and every time it says I need to adjust or try out a different ear tip, what should I do?

Airpod Pro 2nd gen My wife and I both tried the 'fit test' and nothing "fit" with the new Airpod Pro 2nd Gen we just bought. We tried to turn this way than that way the airpods, all the 4 different sizes. All the time, for both of us, it kept saying try adjusting or another tip... Neither ear fit any of the tips. Which is kind of strange. Is there anyone who's ears fit? Or are we doing something wrong? Does anyone have any tips on "adjusting" for a better fit?

Why can't I start the "Ear Tip Fit Test" on AirPods Pro? I have a new pair of AirPods Pro 2 and I am trying to do the ear tip fit test on my phone. When I try to start the test, and press play, I receive the message "Place AirPods in Both Ears" even though the AirPods are already in my ears. I have tried all the different tips, disconnected and re-paired the AirPods, but always get that same message and am unable to start the test. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Hey Appleleaf16,

Hmm this is a little tricky. I think that you might have to just go off by whichever ear-tip fits nicest/most comfortable based on your perspective. You could check out the Apple Support article here: Choose your AirPods Pro ear tips and use the Ear Tip Fit Test - Apple Support (IE)
