How to change the orange colored Ventura Start up screen?

Any new simpler help yet to change/delete the god-awful orange colored Ventura Start up screen? absolute get migraines from looking at the VenturaGraphic.heic that opens as the start screen. I realize there were complicated steps to remove that sucker ~ however, if there is anything better/simpler to get rid of it and just have a simple black screen please let me know. Please do not respond if you are going to give directions on the LOGIN Screen - that is not what I am referring to right now. Thank you for any help you can give so I do not throw up every time I start up my so-sorry-I-upgraded-to-Ventura Mac.
