Hi I like to know if my mobile got physical damage will u replace with new mobile with box sealed or only new phone

If my mobile got physically damaged u guys will replace with only new mobile or sealed new mobile

No, it will not be a new phone in a regular box.

It will be a service unit in a brown box.

is there a reason why my phone replacement still not yet arrive for 2mos My phone has ben diagnosed and told me it is for unit replacement under warranty.. Its been 2 mos. Now but still did not get it. The store did not know also why its taking so long, The unit will come from Singapore. Is someone out here know what would be the reason?
