I checked the devices list of my iCloud account and found an unknown device.
This is odd as it shows that this is an iPhone, with version Windows 1-0.0.22621.1413|com.apple.iCloud/14.1.
This happens few times and I changed my password after remove the device but it happens again.
Could you please advice how to verify if my account being hacked ?

Yes, as posted, if it is not your Windows, click Remove fromaccount..
I deleted it from the device list, but I can see the device again after a few months.
This is odd as it doesn't seem like I log in to my account via phone/tablet / pc via safari/ google / chrome.
Also, I am wondering if possible there is an iPhone model with a Window version, as shown in the picture I posted.
Nope. When I logged in to my window pc, it shows my windows pc name, I mask with a box below.
It will show : model = Windows, version = windows.
The odd device show:
model = iphone, version = windows.
This is an iphone with windows version, not my device.
Also, I am wondering if there is possible to know the login time of that particular device ?
