Disable 'Raise to Wake' for iPad

That setting doesn't seem to exist for iPad, or I can't find it.

I'm not sure whether it's waking because I happen to touch the screen when handling my iPad, or if it senses physical motion, but either way I want to disable it so that it only wakes when I press the top button.

Does anyone know how?

Thanks.

Raise to Wake is function exclusive to iPhone - and is not a feature of iPadOS for iPad.

Both iPhone and iPad will respond to a screen tap - this being known as Tap to Wake. Tap to Wake is enabled/disabled from Accessibility settings:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Tap to Wake - set to ON or OFF as required
