Migration Assistant
I quit migration assistant when I noticed more information that I wanted to transfer was being processed. Can I reverse this process.

despite names that suggest Moving data, everything that Migration aistsnat does is COPY. The source is unchanged.
There is no overall "undo", but you can easily delete the copies of files you don't want and do the Migration again, specifying a different set of files.
