Hi IMShireesh,
Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand the Files app is not showing any files even though you have files in iCloud Drive. If you think it may be network related, we recommend testing both Wi-Fi and cellular data connections to help rule out a network issue. If you have a VPN app installed, you may want to temporarily delete it and its configuration profile to see if the issue persists after doing so. Here's how if needed: How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
"To delete an app and its configuration profile, follow these steps.
- Delete the app
- Touch and hold the app until it jiggles.
- Then tap the delete button
in the upper-left corner of the app to delete it. If you see a message that says, "Deleting this app will also delete its data," tap Delete.
2. If the app has a configuration profile, delete it.
- Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management,* then tap the app’s configuration profile.
- Then tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete.
3. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch."
You may also want to search for specific files within the Files app to make sure they are not located within a subfolder. Here's how if needed: Find files on your iPhone or iPad in the Files app.
We hope this helps.
Take care.
