Bluetooth enable notifications is missing for my device

Suddenly I’m not able to receive texts on my Amazon fitness band (Halo View)…

Ive tried all the workarounds I can find, but the crux of the problem is the “enable notifications” toggle is no longer there when I go into Bluetooth “i” button for my Halo. What happened here??? What’s up, Apple?? I think it must have been a recent update. I’m now running 16.4.1 on my 2020 SE.

PLEASE can anyone explain how to fix this? Am I just going to have to wait for Apple to fix it with an update? I just want the toggle back so I can get text notifications again.

Apple, please update when the problem with Bluetooth enable notifications bug is planned to be fixed.

Please consider this as High Priority as it is impacting worldwide product line and services.

Has anyone figured out this problem? I'm having the same issue with "Link to Windows".
