Fps drop problem when playing games on ios 16!

I use Iphone 13 PRM, before in ios 15.7.1 when playing games (Arena Of Valor) very smoothly. After updating to IOS 16.4 and 16.4.1 when fighting fps dropped to 54-55. Battery decrease is also very fast, in IOS 15.6, 15.7 I played the game for 30 minutes, only 5-6% battery reduction, but on IOS 16 reduced to 9-10%. I don't understand is this a bug or an Apple feature? I've had this problem since I upgraded to iOS 16, but until now 16.4.1 can't fix it?

Please check your iPhone’s Maximum Capacity for us. Go to: Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging. Now, check the Maximum Capacity as shown in the screenshot:

If the Maximum Capacity is 80% or lower, Apple recommends having the battery replaced. To learn more about having it replaced, please tap Here.
