Apple TV in Uruguay
Why Uruguay doesn’t have Apple TV + services?
Almost all countries can access Apple TV+ series and movies, but Uruguay don’t.
What are the reasons for that?

it's likely down to them having to get an agreement to the distribution channels of your country
