Login items not being retained

It used to be that OneDrive opened automatically for me on login.

Since updating to 13.3.1 about 2 weeks ago, this stopped happening, so I added it again under system settings/general/login items.


The machine holds this information for a day or two then I power up to work again and OneDrive is no longer shown. Has been removed from the dock and from the login items list.


I add it again and a couple of days later, it will disappear again.


The only other item which opens on login is Google Chrome and that is not affected.


Anyone any ideas what's going on?

Perhaps this Support Article from Microsoft may offer some relief to this issue


It does pertain to Monterey 12.1 and later


Where it is related to Ventura 13.3.1 - is unknown to me as I do not use Microsoft Software on macOS
