how to get rid of small window which doesn't respond

I have a small window on the desktop which won't respond. Put there by Adobe. how can I get rid of it.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.2

Re-start your computer, and uncheck the option to reopen the active applications when restarting it... It should close all active applications.
