Wrist dent from Apple Watch and metal band

Did Apple offer any support or guidance with wrist /arm dent formed by their watch.

Wrist dent? Are you wearing your watch too tight? It shouldn't be worn too tightly. Nor should it be worn too loosely. I do notice when I remove my watch from my wrist, I can see the outline of the sensor area from the underside of my watch, which is normal and to be expected. But a few minutes later, it's no longer visible.
