i have a lost phone i’ve been trying to get into it so i can find out who’s is it and it’s locked and it has activation lock and it has masked email i have no way of getting into it how would i find out the email so i can try a way

Oh, you can leave it turned on and see if the owner calls it.
I'l add that since this phone has activation lock active you will never be able to make use of it yourself.
If it says activation lock it isn't a forgotten passcode issue, the owner has intentionally locked it to prevent others from using it. They are not obliged to put in a message those some will want to provide contact information in case somebody finds it.
okay so here’s the thing i think someone else may have found it and tried to unlock it by putting in the passcode too much bc i found it with sim card and no message.
