Hi. I opened my MacBook Pro this morning and when I turned it on I saw my screen full of horizontal symmetric black lines covering literally everything . The pc wasn’t damaged in any way, didn’t fall, didn’t hit anything, didn’t touch water. Does anyone know what the issue can be and how to fix it? Thank you 🙏🏻

I also have this issue 16-inch, 2019 Macbook Pro Intel.
When the screen is closed to 45 degrees, the lines disappear. Posting here to raise further issues to this.
