My iPad and iPhone use the same wifi but my iPhone keeps disconnecting but iPad stays connected

My iPhone and iPad use the same wifi. However my iPhone keeps disconnecting and I am continually reconnecting it but the iPad remains connected. Iphone12 5G

If your iPhone isn't staying connected to Wi-Fi, you could try resetting our network settings and adding your iPhone back:

  • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.


If your iPhone isn't staying connected still, you may want to look for signs of interference. Are any other devices affected? Does it happen at a consistent time or in a certain place?
