How enroll Apple TV 4K in MDM only WiFi connection?

I can't enroll 100U Apple TV 4K in a school's MDM, using Apple Configurator 2, it doesn't pair the devices to the Mac if they don't connect to WiFi and connecting to WiFi activates, causing Apple Configurator to show me the message that it is necessary to delete the device to be able to enroll, but when deleting it, it loses the WiFi configuration and does not pair with the Mac and when connecting to the WiFi they are activated again, generating a loop and not allowing it to enroll in the MDM .
