Some reasons for removal of posts are in section B.1 of the forums Terms of Use:
Apple Support Communities Use Agreement - Apple Community
If your post was removed for cause, you will get an email from the Hosts explaining why. If another's post to which you have replied is removed for cause, you will not get the explanatory email.
We are not the Hosts (moderators) so cannot know "why." We do know that, per the same Terms of use, we are not permitted to question Apple's moderation of these forums.

It is most likely a forum glitch.
Simply refresh the page and it should work. I encounter it all the time.
Why what? If your post does not fit the terms of service you agreed to, then it get deleted.
I think the OP is asking why is a post on apple discussions being restricted and the following is shown:
