Was the same for me. Call Goldman Sachs on 877 255 5923. They talked me through screen off the screen of the screen until we found it apparently although I have had my Apple Card account for years and somehow it was still not what they call verified. Also make sure your phone is running the latest operating system 16.4.1.
There may be a slight delay while servers/systems update, so please don’t get frustrated. Banking days/hours update at irregular times.

The Apple Savings Plan is set up through the Apple Card.
Open Wallet
Select Apple Card
Tap More (the three dots) for Daily Cash
Set up savings appears
Turns out all you have to do is update to the latest version. I did this and it was available immediately (16.4.1)
Thanks. I finally got hold of someone at Goldman Sachs who was honest enough to tell me that the program is not yet ready for prime time and be patient. Pretty surprising for an Apple product to be released half-baked but they will get there eventually.

The savings account option didn’t show up for me until I did the latest iOS update(16.0.4). The option showed up after that.
You need to have iOS 16.4 installed to get the option
I just updated to the iOS 16.4.1 Now it appears . Set up successful
I had the same problem. I needed to update the iOS to 16.4.1. After updating, the option to set up savings became available.
I’m sorry, however at this time, applying for Apple Savings Account requires an iPhone using the latest iOS version, 16.4.1
