Apple Savings Account not showing up

First of all -- I appreciate that people can enough and are taking time to try and help! THANK YOU.

But...I have tried each and everything you wrote about twice -- if not three times. Still not seeing the option. I am inclined to think it is a glitch -- either Apple or Goldman Sachs and maybe if I give it a few days???? Certainly disappointing, but I can try to be patient.

This post is getting increasingly difficult to respond to. Why? People are discussing multiple issues and not realizing they are responding to the wrong person.

Would it be major issue if I asked to create/author your own post and not piggy back on other posts and comments? Why? It’s getting difficult to determine who’s responding to what comment and what they just tried.

I thought the Apple Cash amounts were to be directed into the Savings account immediately. When I first set it up, the $240 I had in Apple Cash went into the Savings acct. Since then I've had a number of transactions using the Apple Card and the cash is not showing up on the Apple Cash card, nor the Savings acct. Just the amount they transferred upon opening.

Do you know why that would be?

Yep, I have it selected to deposit into savings. The initial deposit was on 4/17. I had a transaction yesterday which netted me a whole .16 but isn't showing up in Apple Savings. Maybe it takes a few days for the amount to transfer? It is showing as a finalized transaction (not pending) under Apple Card.

Aha! That will teach me to be impatient. I also had a transaction on Monday the 17th, the same day the money in the account was transferred over. I don't see that one either but perhaps that was part of the total that got transferred over initially. A bit hard to figure that out. Thanks for bearing with me and I appreciate the answers! I'll keep an eye on it for a week or so - I'm sure it will be fine.

I don't have an iPhone, only an iPad Pro (11 gen) and MacBook Pro (2021)

I do also have the apple credit card. I can not find anywhere to set up a savings account. Is it possible to set up a savings account without an Iphone?

I don't have the Daily Cash option on my More icon in my Apple Card. I have an iPhone 11 and I tried to update to the 16.4.1 but it stops half way through. Does it require to be updated to the 16.4.1 version to be able to have the Daily Cash option to set up the savings account?

Ok, on my iPhone, my Apple Card doesn't look like that. It's just a white card with the blue apple in the middle and says Account in the upper left corner. It does give me the option to add money but I don't want to do that. I don't know if this is actually the credit card.

Well, apparently it’s a very tiny minority having problems because the news sites are reporting there have been almost $1 billion in deposits in the new savings account in the few days since its introduction that will accrue over $41 million in interest over the next year. So most are not having any problem setting up the accounts.

I don't have the option for Daily Cash.

Support is through Goldman Sachs bank. What are you attempting to setup and I’ll try to help.
