Lost Iphone

My iphone lost yesterday. I mark it as lost and erase the device in find my. The iphone 8 says it was pending I think that is because it is turned off, when I opened in the morning I got an email. Please see below. So my question is this accurate? All the content of the device is really deleted even the photos and videos are not on icloud?
