iPhone 13Pro Backglass

Has anyone had problems with iPhone 13 pro getting hot and breaking the back glass? I have had mine replaced twice and it has broken a third time. The battery was also replaced the last time because of overheating. I contacted Apple but because the phone was a few days over 1 year old they would not fix it. The phone is practically brand new and there has to be a problem. I keep it in a life proof case and an otter box defender. It hasn't been dropped and is well taken care of. I've always had Apple products and never had an issue, I feel this phone is defective to overheat and break the glass 3 times in one year.
