I am a member of Family Sharing where the family organizer is now deceased. How do I become the family organizer and retain all the family photos?

How to remove a deceased organizer from Apple Music Family plan? I'm really hoping someone can help me with this issue!! My husband recently passed away. He was the organizer on our Apple Family Plan. I need to cancel his cell phone service but the only thing that is holding me back is his role as the "Organizer!" I have all access to his account/phone, etc. I know I need to login on his phone and remove him from the family sharing plan, but this will disband all of us. I know I need to create a new family plan on my phone for me and my three boys. Here is my question: Will we lose all of our downloaded music, etc???
