Family members
I deleted a family member they lost all their photos. If I add them back, would they get their photos back?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Are you referring to removing someone from a Family Sharing group? If so, you're likely referring to a Shared Library. In that case, yes, they would get these photos back if they were added to the Family Sharing group again. The following is from How to use iCloud Shared Photo Library - Apple Support and explains what they can do once they are in the group again.
"On your iPhone or iPad
- Open the invitation from the library creator or go to Settings > Photos.
- Tap Accept & Continue.
- Follow the onscreen steps to choose photos and videos you want to move to your Shared Library, or choose to move photos later.
- Follow the onscreen steps to preview your Shared Library content and confirm the content that you want to share."
