PS. Perhaps someone knows of a way to get it to stop on Apple CASH the way we can on Apple Pay.
It looks like they found a way around people being able to dispute the Apple Pay fraudulent charges.
Please take this app Organic Fit off your App Store. When we sign in, they do not offer us the option to cancel the subscription like most apps do on iOS. They do not follow any best practices like sending notifications on how the subscription is due for renewal and we will be charged, do not have a box to tick to ask for automatic or manual renewal. They hide their policies in fine print and quietly scam people with an automatic renewal. If they do not follow the best practices of having an easy cancellation on your app, they should not be made available on your store. It looks like many others have had a similar scam issue. Help Apple!
I signed up for this app, paid 20.00 it said the app would be installed soon and it never appeared. That was 5days ago…..I want my money back NOW
You likely have an active subscription that you did not cancel. Visit support.apple.com/billing and follow the link for subscriptions. You may also need to install the app again and log into your account to cancel billing.
Organic fit app continues to charge me every month on my Apple Cash. I had one fraudulent charge go through nearly a year ago. They have zero customer support to assist. They are nonresponsive, and everything directs you to open your account and unsubscribe, however, I do not have an account. I cannot reset the password to the account do not have the correct email for the account and it still comes out of my Apple Cash every month. I keep zero dollars in my Apple Cash because I cannot get this to end. I have emailed them messaged them called them… and still the (anttemped) unauthorized charges continue.
This is not an authorized charge, and I am absolutely frustrated with the situation.
I just realized I’ve been paying this for over a year and when I went into the app I don’t even have an account, I had to create an account and I can’t view anything unless I subscribe. How did you end up stopping this?
Visit support.apple.com/billing
I checked for a receipt which there is not one. I can not get on to the app or else it will charge me again. I am so upset as I did a 3 month trial of this and canceled it a long time ago.
See what posted, point 1 -> point 4.
I’m quite certain I cancelled it too. But the auto payment showed up and took money from my credit card. It does not have a 3D security in place which means it can go through without an OTP.
