Settings freezes, when I try to add an exception for people in Focus

I can’t add an allowed exception contact when creating or modifying a focus. When I go into the particular focus, then tap people (which should bring up my contacts so I can add people who are allowed to call or text), it freezes up and I have to close it. I have updated to 16.4.1.

Unable to add Apps to Focus Mode on iOS 18.2.1 There still is NO fix for countless functionality issues with FOCUS! e.g.: I cannot add or load any Apps into 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Sleep' modes iOS18.2.1 No matter what or how I try, I cannot ADD any 'Apps' to the 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Sleep' modes (the only two focus modes that permit one to add Apps). Focus is no longer blocking Life360 I believe this has been happening since IOS update 16.6 but it has definitely been for the last couple of weeks.... all of a sudden Focus no longer successfully stops notifications from Life360. Has anyone else experienced this recent issue? Focus used to successfully "block" all notifications from any app not "green lighted" in the settings for Focus which obviously allow for selected apps to be allowed to "break through" Focus but now Life360 seems to also be able to break through even though it is not an allowed app.

the same thing is happening to me and i cant find a fix for it did you ever fix this??
