Automated Focus Mode and Zoom

As a remote worker, I'm on Zoom a lot during the day. Sometimes, I need to enable a Zoom focus mode to block unwanted calls and texts. This works but it would be great if I could automate this. You can set a focus mode to enable when using an app such as Zoom, but what I found is if you bring another app up, such as a web browser, the focus mode thinks you are done with Zoom and turns off the focus mode.

I'm looking for a way to automate focus mode and keep it on until I'm done, even if the Zoom call is in the background.
