Nightstand mode- blue color wakes me up

Is there a way to change the color of the watch clock from blue to amber? It seams so counterintuitive that in EVERY Apple device you have has a night mode that filters the blue out of the screen, then on the nightstand it’s a VERY BRIGHT blue. At 1:00 o’clock in the morning if i barely tap the table or just want to check the time -even if I am half asleep, I am immediately wide awake after that bright blue light beans me in the eye.

Yes, I feel you. I have an Apple Watch SE. For me, the time is green and it also turns on randomly during the night. While I don’t think there’s a way to change the color of nightstand mode, I have found a workaround.

You can disable nightstand mode completely and make a watch face that you like and use that one when you’re sleeping. If you’re able to hook it up to your own phone (unlike me lol), I think you can put watch faces that show up when certain focuses turn on, so you can set that one for the Sleep focus. I would use X-Large in a dim tone like orange, but any watch face works :)

…And any color other than BLUE or GREEN, lol.
