Cannot connect to Windows SMB Server

Hello all,

I am trying to connect my Mac to a Windows hosted SMB share on my local network. I have 2 separate windows machines on my network, both with static IPs, I am able to connect to one of these shares fine but cannot connect to the other one.

I am getting an error like this

but my other server is connecting just fine, I have verified the settings on both windows machines and they are identical, both are on the same LAN aswell. Ping is working aswell.

MacOS is updated to the latest version 13.3.1 (22E261) on a MBP running M1 Pro SoC.

I am however able to connect between the 2 windows machines, which suggests to me this is some sort of Mac issue. Any help here would be much appreciated.
