The messages could not send?
why?
There may be several explanations.
If you try to send a green message (SMS) and it is not sent, it may be because you do not have coverage, check the Signal Bars in the upper left corner. It may also have been a problem with your Carrier. In that case, you should contact them.
If you try to send a blue message (iMessages) check whether you have a connection to Mobile Data or Wi-Fi - iMessages are sent as Data, and therefore require either Wi-Fi or 3G, 4G or 5G to work.
Also check if iMessages is enabled here:
Settings → Messages → iMessages must be enabled.
Also check Send & Receive just below. Check if your phone number or email is active.
